1. Build a wall in the back yard from cement blocks 6m x 2m. 2. Fill the gravel place with concrete in the back yard near the wall above. 3. Break down room wall 1 with measurements 0.6m x 3m. 4. Break down room wall 2 with measurements 0.6m x 3m. 5. Replace ceiling in a small area. 6. Add polystyrene cornices to all areas of the house. 7. Break down pillar in deck area with measurements 1m x 0.5m
I need to modernize the house. It is currently a 3 bedroom house. Would like to convert the front bedroom into a dining room, break down about 2walls to have a much more open spaced(lounge,dining room and kitchen) Also need 1 more bedroom to be build and the entire bathroom to be converted in something spectacular. also needs garage and boundary walls to be replaced. all windows will be replaced by aluminum windows together with front door.
We built our own house about 5 years ago but never finished the entrance/upstairs living area in terms of design and finishes. It has basically remained an open unfinished space since we moved in. We are now at the point whereby we would like to make use of the area but due to shape/size we are at a bit of a loss at how best to utilize the space. Hence the reason I am contacting you. Ideally I would like somebody to come in and construct some suggestions for review before proceeding to complete finish of project ranging from painting and wallpapering to installation of furnishings such as rugs, sofas, plants etc.
Modification of interior building to change from 4 to 6 bedroom. Changing from 2.5 bathroom to 4 with shower. Changing one of entertainment areas into 2 bed and slightly reducing lounge. Converting two garages attached to staff quarter, into 2 bed. Extending staff quarter to same length as garages.

We would like them to participate on and submit ideas of how they can provide the solution for our wishes. Even if such ideas would be for a nominal participation fee, we are prepared to pay such. The chosen one will then be awarded to go into details and present such. The maximum of the participating architect is 5.
Ground floor is for 3 parking. First floor I want to rooms. Each room must have the toilet and shower, fitted small wardrobe and fitted small kitchen cupboard with two plate stove. Good day, we are waiting to finalize transaction of the old house without any wall. we need a swimming pool, boundary wall, to add bedroom on top for space. we need to add an extra 2bedrooms flat let. the pace is square meters.
