Not sure about the sqm it's a 2 bedroom flat with 1 bathroom and kitchen need walls painted and a few holes filled and only bathroom ceiling painted as well.

It is a double story home in Silverhurst that requires repainting. Woodwork: Front entrance door and wooden feature on second floor outside main bedroom needs repainting. Some rising damp evident in a few places outside around ground floor of house need attention and one spot on roof above ktichen is shoing through inside needs attention as well. Please could you send someone out to give us a quote as soon as possible before the rains set in.

Vinyl flooring: supply and install 2mm Eclipse Purr or classic mystique Purr or Mipolam Atlas vinyl sheeting with welded joints, vinyl must go mm high against the wall including cove fillet an d capping On concrete floor m2 () ...........i will neeed two quote for install and the second one mast be for the product how much it will cost thank you go to page 53 and 54 on the document
