She was granted R and I let go because I didn't know how to challenge this. The order was granted late December 24 and I had to start making payment from January. She then went to court and claim that I am not making contributions from January to October which was a lie. I provided a proof of the payments on the 17 June but still found guilty. With this verdict, I am now suspended at work and the speeding allegations. I have to appeal this verdict and inform the court with my loss of income.

I applied for change in existing visa condition since 04-March-, but my application is still with Department of Home Affairs (DHA) for adjudication. I was under the impression that I will get a response within 12 weeks counting from when my application was received at DHA. But it is already 17 weeks.
