I have a 3 bedroom home, I need to tear down some wall to make a "big one main bedroom". I need to tear some wall to use glass brick to bring in some light. I need to redo my bathroom and pipe line system not good for sewer , possibly outside toilet build + shower, I need to finish off the garage ceiling fell- off. I have 2 wall sharing outbuildings. I would like 1 of the unit to have plumbing and electric completed. The plumbing pipes are already in place, just need connection in bathroom. Electricity needs to be pulled from main house to outbuildings. Then interior will need cementing in bathroom and main room(bachelor unit no walls besides bathroom). Roofing is in place, it's corrugated. Will need ceiling.
It’s a carport type roof over a patio. Roof dimension is 6.5 m x 4.3 m, On the one 6.5m side it can be mounted on the wall and on the other side there are 3 brick/ concrete pillars of xmm . The frame to support the roof must be steel please. The covering must IBR sheeting, either galvanised or chromadek. Please quote on both types.
I need two automated roll up garage doors installed. Both existing doors will need to be removed. One is a tip up door with counterweights, the other a manual roll up door. I bought a townhouse in a complex and there are two bathrooms and the kitchen to be renovated. I want the tiling, taps etc. to be removed completely and replaced with whole new designs, this will be for the bathrooms and kitchen. We would like to have a boundary wall built. Facebrick foundation rows with galvanized panels between brick pillars. Two motorized gates: 1 single existing plus 1 double to be supplied with both motors to be supplied. Ideally we would like to reuse the bricks we have in other walls & braai that are to be removed.
We have more than 10 houses in one yard where orphaned children live. Some of the houses are heavuly damaged due to the rocky foundation and some need repairs. The health inspection recommended evacuation of the children. We want to repair the ones not heavuly damaged so the centre cannot be shutdown
