We have damp coming through the concrete floor, and have been advised that the main problem is that the paving around the house is directing rain water towards the house rather than away from it. I would like to build a temple.. basically new structure needs to go up. An old building needs to be demolished and then reset the foundation and put up new walling or pillars/polling.
