The finishes was nothing but shortcuts, the pantry was shoddy, with skew trimmings, gaps at the top and back. He left all the cement stains all over the existing portion of the house. The bathroom was left unfinished with unpolished floors and a missing concrete shelf. He also opted to buy cheaper toilet and basin than what was agreed and budgeted for. Clearly they are only suitable for a basic build, one should not allow them to go on to finishes. With that said the build also presents some tardiness in the skew ceilings, unmatched painting etc.

Take out a staircase and open the lower floor into an open plan space. Include a garage currently built onto the house into the house. Build up onto the garage. Add a garage onto the back of the property. Add a cottage at the back of the property.
