The oven is a Defy undercounter oven - UMS. 5. Fitting a switch for a light in a corner cupboard (pantry cupboard). The light is an in-ceiling light linked to the kitchen ceiling lights. I would like to have a separate switch to turn this light off independently. 6. Replacement of current in-ceiling lights (standard GU10 bulb fitting and "holder") in bathroom (2 fittings) to a fitting that is better sealed from moisture for this environment.
I would like to refresh the interior (first phase) and exterior (second phase) of my house. The interior refresh will include painting the bathroom tiles, painting the floor tiles (whole house) and fixing cracks and holes in current tiling. The kitchen cabinets, tiles and walls will also require painting. Finally the interior walls will require repainting. Hopefully this can be done before the holidays. The exterior refresh will include repainting the boundary walls and the house exterior walls including the garage doors. Palisade fence between neighbors will also need to be painted white. This can happen in January.

I am moving into a new house and I want to change the wall colour in the lounge from a bright blue to Plascon’s Antique Petal (off-white/creme). The room is approximately 20sqm with only two full walls. (See attached photos). The contractor needs to have their own equipment. I would like for painting to commence on 14 December.

2 Bedroom House that requires wiring. Open plan kitchen to the lounge area, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms and future balcony. DB box installed, however the electricity meter in the bedroom needs to move to the DB Box in the kitchen. I would also need a COC. This is a newly build houseon a square meter plot.

We have a two bedroom flat we would like to to repaint. Please give us a quote on walls and kitchen cupboards separately to ceiling. We haven’t decided whether we want the ceiling done yet so it will depend on the cost of everything. We have attached a photo of the living space. The current walls are grey but we would like them white instead. Does your quote include paint or only labour? We have a specific colour from planscon in mind. Thanks
We need to repaint a carport. The roof is coverd with standard IBR .The size is 6m wide and 33m long The top and bottom of the carport needs to be cleaned from rust and painted 1 coat red oxide and 2 coats acrylic roof paint. the roof structure also needs to be cleaned and re-painted we need an estimate to put in our budget for the financial year Please supply different rates for cleaning, paint, labour to be able to compare apples with apples on the different quotes of contractors
