A young Zimbabwian woman who is currently working for a family member has overstayed her 3 months viza by approx 10 months (she is helping to support her mother and siblings back home in Zim. Hi my wife walked out on me and my 3 kids 7 years ago she never visits phones nothing she's even blocked us from contacting her after agreeing to a uncontested divorce. Dismissed on 5Nov Last work day 28 Nov No reason for dismissal?! I was let go by another one of my bosses employees and she wasn't aware of the reasonijg behind the dismissal. And my employer is ignoring my message. Further more, I was given one months notice yet as per my contract I have to give 2 months notice. I was under the impression that if I have to give 2 months notice, so does my employer? But I am not % sure what the legalities are regarding this.
