I have an asbestos roof that requires waterproofing as it is leaking
One layer micron green polyethylene waterproofing sheeting(SANS - type C) sealed at Laps with PVC self-adhesive type
The house was built a few years ago, the roof is currently a metal sheeting but I’d like to replace it now since there’s a lot of leaks or if possible patch up those leaks because I also want to put in a sealing board asap…I’d like to replace it with either tiles or the metal sheeting again, or just fix up the current metal sheeting depending on what’s cheaper
I had a burst pipe and my geyser in another property is not working.
My house has a pitched tile roof with no undertile membrane/sheeting. There's no barrier against wind and dust, and is not % waterproof. The house is extremely cold in winter. I need to insulate to keep warm, but want roof fixed first.

The geyser warms up in the day (solar) but at night not as the power to the geyser controller does not work. please need some one to see the problem and give quote. Regards
