How to get building plan approval in South Africa?
What you have to do to get the permit and where to start.
I just bought a small piece of land just outside Philippolis in the Free State. I just want a basic box with an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area and on each side of that a bedroom and bathroom. Flat roof. Stacking doors along whole building. Some basic stuff I hope.

m² to be build in Dinokeng Game Reserve
We wish to remodel our home, possibly adding a story, double garage and woodwork workshop. This will be done in phases as our budget allows. My wife and I need someone who will consult with us and combine our ideas and deliver a plan and submit for necessary approvals.

I would like to build a Deck at my Townhouse. The Deck will have Roof over as well and I possibly also like to be able to close it on the sides with Canvas materials. Total square meterage will be approximately 20 square meters.
It's an extention and remodelling of the main house (kitchen, dinning, passage, bathroom, powder room, laundry and main bathroom) Granny flat (add bathroom and remodel wic)
Need thatched house plan, not sure about the SQM, we need something more or less that house with a flat 2 garage roof concrete slab
