We are looking for a caterer for our wedding.
Son's 40th birthday 25 people Spit braai. Unsure about the extras Also can you advise who can provide a simple birthday decor
Date: 29 April Time: They will need to be able to dish from 18:00 to 22:00pm Where: The lawn braai area, Mbombela Stadium, Nelspruit Spitbraai with different kinds of meat and sides (it will be for approx. people in total)- but two different areas. This is for VIP guests in an area. Then 80 artists who will get a pre-dished meal. The VIPs and artists cannot eat or dish together. We will then also need cutlery and serviettes as well as sides for the spitbraai. The caterers will then also need to bring their own tents/gazebos and equipment needed to keep the food warm and fresh.
