A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.

I need to extend the front door to create a larger opening and move the front window outward to increase interior space. I also plan to build a veranda at the front and a high-volume patio enclosed with aluminum at the back with roofing.
