When do I need a building permit in South Africa?
In South Africa, building applications for the construction of property and land use are highly regulated.
I have just moved into a beautiful 4 bedroom house in Fourways. I had a lady come in to do the vastu on my place. She has given me a list of what I need to do to create good energy in the home ie where things need to be placed etc.i would ideally like assistance with my living room, dinning room, kitchen, entrance hall and main bedroom. I need help with the correct furniture to buy, placement of furniture colors etc.
We need a freelancer photographer to come and shoot professional photos of the man of God at his house in Rosettenville, Johannesburg South. The pictures will be used on a website that is under construction. We need a quote of about 50 photos as he will be changing the clothes for different purposes. The shoot can be done any day of the week, except on Sundays and Wednesdays.

Good day, I am looking for someone to do 2D floor plan for the bar I am going to be opening. Site measure up, council information, precedent images, design, plans, sections, elevations, door schedules, window schedules, electrical layouts, drainage layouts. The attached is the current layout of the space. Floor space is square metres.
I am a medical doctor and I want to start a private practice. I found a place to rent which is only 1 room, it is 21 square meters in size. it has its own sink and toilet. what I want is for the room to be divided into 2, so that we can have one office and a small reception area for the secretary. I would also like the furniture like the reception desk and a bit of decor in the reception area. then in my office, I would like the table, chair and cupboards for item storage. outside the rental space, I would like a patio, with artificial grass on the floor. the patio will cover an area of about 20 square meters. It will have a glass enclosure with curtains. the patio area will be used as a waiting area for my clients.
We will be hosting a Havana night relaunch and social networking event at Pont de Val and would like to capture every moment of it. Despite the event being from 15:00 to 22:00, we would love some behind-the-scenes shots as well, so a photographer will be needed from 14:00. Additionally, we will have a photo booth, and a talent showcase and people will speak at the event. Furthermore, we will have an auction/exhibition, and we would like to have pictures of that as well. To ensure that the entire event is covered, it would be ideal to have two photographers and one videographer.
Hi We would love to have a few photos of our small intimate wedding (it is the 2nd time around for both of us) with our few guests to remember the day, maybe at the ceremony. My oldest daughter is emigrating on 8 Feb with her husband and 3 children, ranging 10 months and 7 years. We are in the process of arranging a get together at Evergreen Bergvliet for 5 Feb, but time of day has not yer been established. There will be at least an additional 4 adults and possibly 6. There will not be another opportunity - the as-yet-unapproached 2 adults would be flying from Jhb for the weekend. Given that the idea is under wraps at the moment, I'm sure you will appreciate that coordinating a time this far in advance is fraught with delays, and I would therefore not be able to commit to a booking until closer to the time. Perhaps a starting point would be to put out feelers for 5 Feb. I assume that this will put me in a position where I have some idea of current availability and cost, and can answer Question 1 - "Do I pursue this idea?" We will certainly not be able to afford a session of longer that an hour. If 30 min is an option please include that too. Thanks for reading
Hi there I would like to surprise my Fiancé with an engagement shoot before we immigrate to Australia in the first week of Feb. We both love the outdoors so I would love our shoot to be outside.
