Good Day. Trust all is well. I have a piece of land, near a mountain bottom end. I want to build a Timber house, Tongue and groove or similar type of thing.. It will have to be lifted of the ground, as the ground slopes downward. The house is approx 18m x 18m, It is rectangular, but on one side there is a 6m x 9m garage. The size also includes a 2m Covered porch on the long side and one short side of the house. I am looking for, Big kitchen, Scullery, Living Room, Main Bedroom with own Shower and bathroom, Built in Cupboards. There will need to be 4 additional rooms aswell. with a second bathroom added somewhere close to the additional rooms. Main bedroom needs sliding door that leads to the covered porch, so does the living room.

This would just be the living room area which is open plan leading into the kitchen. I would require a decorating design job for the area

I like the idea of a tuscan style house but it should suit the bush. 4 bedrooms ground floor with 2 bathhrooms 4 bedrooms upstairs with en-suits, the 2 front bedrooms must have a patio. spiral staircase on either side of the building large patio stackable doors with entertainment section on ground floor, leading out to the bush
