We have a timber frame house with ship lap cladding. we want to add a granny flat onto the side of the house, and then do some work on our main house, add a pool, add a patio and build stairs. Our house is double storey and we want to add on a unit that is the same style - split level with a small veranda in front and back. We are a logistics company that just purchased a warehouse and we are looking to turn this warehouse into a truck yard. There is some areas and paving on the premises that needs to be patched up and we also need some removal of rubble and need to just clean the place up a bit. This is a bit urgent as we have a client coming to the site on Thursday and we need this to be done before then.
