We are opening a new day spa in Northcliff. Property is currently used as offices. We need to remodel existing internal space to accommodate offices / treatment rooms / bathrooms / nail bar. Added on we need - an indoor pool / a dining area / kitchen Phase 2 - a honey suite and 3 villas for sleep over accommodation

I would like to convert our corner plot to a carport area with some I.R.B sheets to inclosing the open area that is facing the road.But we have completed the boundary wall facing the road with some vibracrete fencing which is 8slabs high and I have a good idea how to make use of it but I am going to need a good acritect to make sure that it is right way and to submit it to the original plans of the house.
I own a property on Parow, its situated at 50 Provident North, Avondale, and would like plans drawn up of the existing property so that I can then plan how to do any renovations. I tried unsuccessfully to get plans from the municipality probably because the house was built many years ago. Kindly let me know what is the cost of drawing up a plan for the existing property.
