Good Day I recently moved into a new property after purchasing it and to my surprise my geyser is not working and I got someone to check it and he found out that the element is not working , motor gate and the lights outside are not working. When plugs and stove are on at the same time it traps , attached is copy of the COC and I have been asking for the original from the owner and she keeps on saying she will bring it Please can you advise what needs to be done in this case .I have attached the copy of the COC which is a bit faded .

The railing that the lights are linked to seems to be giving issues, making the lights flicker and switch off. The kitchen light rail doesn’t work at all. A plastic piece on the end of it just popped off and I see black scuff marks on the ceiling, so I’m suspecting that something blew. There’s a thin copper rod sticking out of it.
