How long does an architectural project typically last?
Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
I'm a Trustee for our Body Corporate and our AGM will be held soon, before the end of July. I only wish to have a suitable quote to present at the AGM. My thoughts are to have a surveillance pole that covers Summer Place and Glendale remote gates and also cover the front wall, facing Topham road. This would be - 52 / 54 Topham road. Another thought - only surveillance coverage for certain hours? Possibly eg. daily from 10 pm to 4 am. This is just a thought and your input would be much appreciated. With all the overall high price increases - we can only afford to pay what is really necessary for certain hours - although I do realise that the daytime is just as bad. A separate thought:- Our 2 complexes are situated just across from Girls High School - their back entrance/exit into Topham road. Possibly a surveillance pole that would cover the back entrance/exit of the school as well? These separate quotes can be submitted at our AGM and we could then enquire as well if the School would be interested - should the quotes be very reasonable. With thanks,
s is a retail store, I am currently looking to replace my current security, as my staff are more efficient then the security guards we have right now. Hardly see the owner or his operations manager who should be checking the site on a daily basis, give direction to their guards & make sure that all the policies are implemented. In the area, we have high shrinkage, if the guards are not paying attention but my staff are.............Then its time to cut off the dead weight and find a security company who is serious about business as I am.

I have a small holding in the Gonubie Broads area and evicting tenants and requie a guard day and night there are several buildings however there are occupants who are sublet by a principal who has a harassment and restraining order and not allowed putting a foot on the property or remove assets for a period of 10 or more days and immediately. My circuit breaker broke and I initially bypassed it with someone's assistance the bought a new circuit breaker and asked a friend to install it for me. He tried but what he found was that the wiring had been tampered with and all he could do was again bypass but told me to get the help of a professional
Hi I please need quotes on rewiring a 3 bedroom house and getting the db board up to code. The house was ransacked years ago and not only was the electricity meter stolen, but a lot of the wiring also. The house however is still connected to the electricity grid, but is apparently not up to standard in order to have a new meter installed. Thanks
