80sqm exterior walls (4 walls) - cemcote. 25sqm (interior bathroom walls) - with satincrete. Both to be skimmed on not brushed on.

I have a room 4,2m x 4,2m that needs a replacement wooden floor. Plus minus 18 Sqr meters. I also need a quote on the support beams. There were 9 support beams 4,4 m or 18 2,2m 40mm x mm in the floor. As well as quotes for skirting boards. 4 x 4,2m I am in Richmond KZN so please give a quote for delivery as well. I will be installing the floor as I have been a keen woodworker DIY guy for many years. What do you recommend as the most cost effective flooring solution?
