I'm looking to build a 3 bedroom house with double garage, sitting and dining room with open plan to the kitchen.
I would like to add one bedroom with ensuite. Double garage on top of the garage sitting room and dining room with balcony.

Bathroom, (shower, toilet ,basin) retile the entire space (walls and floor) (dark green or maroon) and possibly convert the shower into a standing soaking tub/shower. Like a built up japanese soaking tub. Take the glass between the shower and toilet up to the roof If feasible with current plumbing, convert the conventional toilet to a hidden cistern system. Replace old basin and update taps and shower fittings. Include a shelf from basin to shower, possible a stepped out wall style one. Goes up to the grey tiles so the shower tap doesn't need to be moved, the shelf height will be the bottom of where the grey tile start. Install full wall mirror above basin with storage behind, like oversized thin medicine cabinet. 2. We would also like to remove the yellow non load bearing wall between bedroom and lounge and install a panel glass divide, (approx 3.5m h x 3.5m w) 3. Bedroom: We would like to remove old built in cupboards clean that space up and put custom "around bed "floor to ceiling cupboards filling that entire wall. from window to the bathroom sliding door. Install A/C unit 4. Dining: Custom build a "bunk" seating to run down the wall where currently the round table and chairs are in kitchen/dining area. Install ceiling fans 5. Lounge: custom L shaped "couch/bench" like a low modern daybed . Where the current grey couch is. Install ceiling fans 6. We would like to sand down the parque sections of the flooring to see if we can lighten the colour and refresh 7. Kitchen, retile and modernize, mirror built in cupboards where fridge is and take them to the ceiling. cupboards need to include a coffee station and draws below for crockery. Remove the "L" bend on the counter where the bar stools are and just go straight down the wall next to front door. to open the kitch out. Upgrade worktops. and cupboard doors.
