I have a standard brick wall that is 35m long with normal drive way on the one end (within the 35m). Paint is peeling off in many areas and there is one large crack that needs repair. Both sides of the wall need to be repaired and painted and we would also like the electrical cables to the lights to be repaired / rewired if need be as light trip due to water leaks.
I need: +/- 10 pictures hung; washer/dryer properly installed; some furniture assembled; a plug point changed and plug covers put on 2 plug points; a bathroom mirror re-hung; some kitchen hooks put up; a plug extension properly (firmly installed); my balcony weather-proofed; a laminate shelf installed in the kitchen; glass doors and window cleaned. My house has two standing roofs joined by parapit. Between these roofs there is a flat roof joining them with a very slight slope and lots of leaks. Need to waterproof parapit joint and flat roof section. IBR standing roof and corrugated on the flat section. I am not very connected phone wise. Email or WhatsApp works best.

Already have a carport that is attached to the house. There are wooden pillars supporting it and the roof is covered with IBR Roof sheets. I need to cover the one side of the carport which is not attached to the house and also want something that can the back just to keep a bit of moist out because I stay at the coast.
I need a clear carport used with fibre glass or polycarbonate material…which ever is reasonable. But I’m also worried about the weather such as hail. What if it gets damaged? Is it also possible to do it with steel and polycarbonate? I need that space to have lighting hence I’m not fully opting for steel roofs. Please advise
I am looking at creating and outdoor patio, approximately 20 squared meters, I will lay the slab and the construction for the roof will need support in the front (Pillars or Steel) but will be against a 5 Meter boundary wall as support on the back, this is urgent i am just looking at costing at the moment. Concrete slab or Tile Roof Please see attached picture which will give you an idea.

We have a house at Zimbali that we rent out and needs a few touch up, paint from dampness, outside maintenance (wall cleaning etc) painting on the inside, check the roof for any damages as there is dampness coming through, painting inside, bathroom ceiling, cornices, cupboard shelves to be replaced etc.
Total Roof Area is +- m2 of which only 40m2 is 2nd floor at 45 degree pitch. The rest is flat. I am looking for removal of existing composite fibre roof and replace with AZ 0.53mm profile corrugated colorbond/colourplus roof sheets. +-35 sheets x 3.4m in length. insolation to be installed included.
