You will probably check all measurements on internet Google maps etc. Quote to paint roof in green please. This must wait untill mid to end January'24
Hi, I think my problem is the parapet wall, as I had proofed the roof previously...with pap & lap, then rubberized. But the problem persist. I thought of removing the flashing and replace with new concrete. What would you suggest? I'm getting desperate. Please help. I know it is a bad timing, but I would like to start the process.
I have recently build a bricks & cement pond, about 1.5 wide, 2.5 long and 1.2m deep and have applied ram rapond polyurethane in an attempt to have it sealed inside. There are still leaks and would like to have bitumen or simular applied to seal. I hope to find somebody who can spray it on. The pond is easily accessible by a vehicle. Please quote to have it sealed. Non poisonous for plants and fish please.
Existing asbestos roofing needs cleaning, some sealing and painting. Exterior walls, barge boards and facia boards need painting. Wooden doors and windows need varnishing, all window putty to be replaced. Property has two buildings i.e. main house + outbuilding. Work to be done on both structures. Boundary walls also require painting.
The leak is only on one side of the pitched roof close to the parapet wall. The leak is intermittent depending on the angle of the rain. On inspection the tiles all appear to be in good condition and no cracks were found. It could be something to do with the flashing installed where the tiles meet the wall.
My roof leaks every time that there is heavy rain. If there is continuous light rain, it will not leak. It leaks mostly on the Eastern side, but if the heavy rain continues for a while, then it leaks everywhere in the house. My husband keeps insisting that it is the wind blowing in rain, but even when there is no wind and only heavy rain it will leak.
Hi there I am in the process of purchasing a home. It currently has a flat sheeting roof which has started to leak. I would like to find out (more or less) what the cost would be per square meter, to convert to Harvey tiles or a tiled roof. I understand a proper quote would be impossible without inspecting the house, and am looking for a base number per square meter if at all possible. Please connect via email only. Thank you!
