My patio and garage roofs are currently flat roofs, constructed of metal sheeting covered with torch-on waterproofing. The patio roof was damaged in the hail storm in November last year. I would like quotes to replace both of these roofs with proper angled structures, with either tiles per the main house or metal sheeting of a matching colour. Project objectives: durability, low maintenance going forward, good water run off/guttering. We are looking at an area of approx 75 m2.
Hi there I am in the process of purchasing a home. It currently has a flat sheeting roof which has started to leak. I would like to find out (more or less) what the cost would be per square meter, to convert to Harvey tiles or a tiled roof. Hi there, I have a property at Ferndale Brackenfell that has a tenant and I need a reliable handyman services that I can use. I currently need a sliding door fixed, wooden front door replaced, leaking tap, checking if the bathroom mixture in the shower needs a change, later on to change fascia boards, pressure clean the roof tiles/ carport and gutters if you work with those. Then anything other issue that might arise and check if there's a need to change the bathroom mixer. Do you perhaps work with swimming pools?
Dear RV Smith. My name is . My roof was Very flat. You advised that it does not need corrugated iron instead you put that stuff made from tarr. Ido not know whether you call it dempkos or dampproof or what. The problem I have is that this roof produces substance that makes water from the rain brown and I have water tank to trap rain water and reduce municipal water bill. I therefore request from you what paint can I use to prevent that black tarr liquid from coming out. I do not need reroofing that is what you did.
We are moving into our new property in Rondebosch East over the next few weeks and there is a back part of the home that I need some advice on. Over haul maintenance Wind damage thatched ripped out on roof Had an overhaul in thatch wasn’t compacted tightly resulted in draughts and thatch being ripped off in strong winds and capping needs replacement and a couple a leaks To sum up the previous overhaul was shoddy workmanship hence the problems
