Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
The house was initially a double story. We built a portion in which we are staying. We want to convert it to a single story. The whole foundation is on the floor but needs to make some alterations too.
I need costs for House Plans only for : High End House - Ushape Barn 4 Bedroom 4 bathroom - all en suite Guest Bathroom Large dining , living, lounge Double Garage Outdoor Living space and veranda Pool Please also allow for 3 x rounds of reverts .
