I will be having a family day cookout event. Initially target is adults 40 kids. Adult Menu I would be serving african dishes, braaimeat and sides. Kids Menu Burgers and Pizza as a option and 2 types of deserts, applicable for the season. Idealy the setup should be kids friendly because the day is all about family good music and good food. I am looking for a venue for my daughter's 16th birthday in December. Her actual birthday is the 25th, so we are looking for dates around that time. She is looking for a disco/80/Retro Theme. We are looking for catering, mocktail bar, karaoke, Venue Hire, Photo booth, Music and equipment and a projector.
We are an automotive company. Our event usually has guests. We set up tables with our products on them and we have our suppliers come in and set up a few stands as well. We will need a dining area or area that people can sit to eat. We will need a space to do give aways like a stage area or just a space that can be a focal point to draw attention to, does not have to be elaborate. It will be held on the 26th September , Friday, 5pm – 9.30pm but our staff usually stays till about 12 am/2 am. All food will need to be halal, is it not possible for us to do our own catering ?
