I Lindie Van Zyl need Legal representation for my 70yr Dad who was Locked up in jail on this week Tue, 21/5/24 due to family dispute and my Dad was assaulted and attacked by his wife's 50 yr old son in his own house and reported the case at the Police. My Dad was then notified afterwards that this case was turned around and false accusations was reported against my Dad and is now locked up aswell in the Boksburg correctional Services with no defence or support.
I was wrongfully accused and arrested I want to sue the state because even now the court it's still continuing even though the defender dropped the case they keep on saying further in investigation. My family went to the investigation officer and told her the defender it's a psyche but they did not do anything about it. I was held in Sun City prison for 3 days so I want to Sue the State
I had a child custody case opened against me in February and during the ongoing case the father visited the child on June 30th and she was residing with my parents as I am a full time student in Eastern Cape. He told my parents he has taking the child to the mall and never brought the child back. Tried seeking help with the police and children’s court who never helped me. My ex husband is making up stories saying I owe him R.00 which he gave the builder in and took me to small claims court. Eskom Charges. 1. Tampering with infrastructure, and stealing a transformer, and somehow getting it up a pole myself, and connecting it. 🦺Eskom have said they know I did not do that. Internal investigation needed and they're looking to have charges dropped. I have cooperated and given all info to Eskom internal investigation. With names given, statement given, and all that I can remember. I have met with Eskom senior manager here. And with investigators. And again met with Eskom manager yesterday, to amend some dates. 2. Using electricity of over a million. They have based this figure on historic data when there were kitchens baking, boiling, all day. And 4 industrial fridges running in a Farm stall. Freezers. And an art gallery, that was open and running all day. And a restaurant. With freezer, coffee machines, large fridge. And cooking all day. 🦺 All of that closed in , due to Eskom erroneous billing. And eskom blackouts destroying R60 thousand worth of stock and refrigeration failure And to base ESTIMATED usage to over 1 million, now, begins on a false premise. Our electricity consumption could never be based on pre figures, when we used a lot of electricity. And cannot be correct at all. Due diligence by Eskom regarding their estimate Intel, is flawed. They have thumbsucked this amt.
