The 14 meter front wall will have 5 windows & 14 meter back wall will have two fixed windows with the main door. Both 14 meter walls will be 1 meter away from neighbors boundary walls. So "No Objection Forms " will be necessary, but not a problem because of good neighbors. I want to do it within Building Code Planning Regulations.
