We need to build a modern house with protruding walls on the front of the house with a braai patio and corbeling design. Good day i need some assistance regards to a quotation for my roof . my house is insured by auto/ general The pass winter we had some water leakage from the ceiling and due to the heavy rains it left a hole in the ceiling ,so then we knew that somewhere on the roof there might be a leakage, thats why the water was coming through the ceiling , all our rooms are now moulded , Please can you send someone out to come and give us a quote , regards

It's a modern architectural design, built using Cement slabs as a base. Size of about - square meter . Building structure to be cost effective. Attention to detail to be on interior including kitchen, ceiling, flooring and bathroom. I have attached pictures of how the design should look but still waiting quotation from the architect on the final design.
I am planning on building a single story house. 4 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms 1and one half bathroom. master bedroom with en suite and walk in closet. All bedrooms should be spacious with good size closets. 3 car garages. Open plan living, dining and kitchen. Media room, pantry and laundry room. Love the L shaped house because I want it to surround the pool area. the architects were contacted, but still waiting for the plans.
The roof is leaking, upon my inspection i discovered that that the tiles are not even. When is raining heavily that is when the leaking is taking place. I suppose that the roof tiles needs to be fixed and be places in a correct way. the project can take one day to be fixed because is a small portion.
