Hi I would like a square meter rate for a torch on waterproof. There is existing torch on which is 20 years old, on a flat concrete roof. the square meters is sq/m. I would like a price first so we can see if we can afford it. It's a concrete roof . I am not there this next week, and we working on repairs on our house ,so we can extend our bond. Just need a more or less price. Then when I am back you can come to give me a accurate quote and help with the service.
I need to cover the drying yard of the property the yard is approx. 6m x 3m. Though I have specified a hard cover would consider shade netting. The only purpose of this cover is to keep the yard dry from the rain and would request your advice. The structure should be robust to withstand monkeys walking on it.
The roof was recently painted and the winter has damaged some of the roof sheets. The roof is leaking in 3 areas. I would like the roof to be checked and any issues sorted. I have an old roof. The builder has advised me it is either asbestos or fibre cement. I have some water proofing that needs to be done.
The carport needs to come from the side of the house which is about 1 meter in width, and to the way to the front of house which is about 6x6m if I'm not mistaken. I would like a quote I'm not sure what the correct measurements are at this stage. I would like a shade carport for two cars that can be attached to the outside of my double garage. There can be no implanting with concrete due to Estate rules in order to term the port as a temporary structure. I require the supply/installation of galvanized, stainless steel - razor spiked palisade fencing for the front of my property, will serve as a boundary wall (I estimate the length of the fence to be 35m).
