Good day, We will be hosting a community clean-up and garden planting activation in Missionvale at the police station. We would like to have a snack pack (savoury finger foods) and juice for after the clean-up. The group will then move onto the garden planting. Then after the gardening we would like a meal pack for group member including a can of cooldrink. Kind regards
I would like to have assistance from you in terms of handling the meal preparation since we are a small family and don't think we will be able to handle everything so the members of community as well as our extended family members that will be supporting us to lay our beloved mom to rest to atleast get a proper normal meal and a drink on that day as a gesture and token of appreciation.

So platters on the tables for nibbles in case anyone gets hungry Would also be looking to hiring 60 dinner plates, knives, forks, bread baskets x3 or 4( to hold 60 bread rolls) Dependent on price, may want sweet platters as well. Do you have a brochure you are willing to share. Finally, and a left field question. You don't possibly have a portable speaker that has USBInput port to hire. Basically want to plug USB in and let music play It will be in the clubhouse at our complex so needs to be loud enough for 60 peeps. We like the idea of a spit braai with some sides or are open to any suggestions... we've even considered a burger station. We are hoping to keep catering costs under R per person (60 guests) if that's even reasonable as our venue isn't a wedding venue specifically. We would need to hire tables, chairs, cutlery, and crockery.

Good afternoon, I am currently in the process of planning a wedding for a couple who are getting married on the 21st February on a property right next to the Kariega River, around 10 minutes outside of Kenton. It will be a fairly intimate celebration with around 55 guests. I am looking around for a caterer who could assist on the day and, hopefully, if available, provide a quote that I can send to the couple for them to review. A bit of info regarding the food they had in mind (I have also included some pics that the Bride sent through, which may help in giving a better understanding of the whole vibe): Buffet style Spit braai on premises fresh salads Maybe 1 or 2 warm dishes (can be kept on warm plates) Some fresh artisan rolls or even roostekoek would be something nice (saffa style). Lastly, I just wanted to know if you guys bring service staff with you to assist? As this will also be needed. It is a picnic It will be outdoors in the grounds of the family home, an informal atmosphere is envisaged. A photo of the grounds will be provided but be assured there is enough space. It will run from 2 - 5 pm There will be chairs for the ceremony (34). A table in the tent for coffee and tea A table for the gifts in the tent A table for the drinks in the tent (size to seat 8) Three tables for four at each table for the older folks who won't sit on picnic blankets on the grass. Nine picnic baskets (four to a basket) to cover the (34) each with: Plates and silverware Cheeses (like the cheese platters you get at WW/Checkers), preserves (fig and ginger), range of biscuits, cold meats selection, spiced rainbow trout. A variety of salads. A small selection of breads per basket.
