Wallpaper vs. Paint: The pros and cons
Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.

1 the roof to be cleaned of all dust and loose paint with a high-pressure hose. 2 all dirt and loose paint that is left to be removed with scrapers and wire brushes. 3rusted roof screws to be replaced. 4 all rust spots and areas where metal shows to be treated with two layers of rust primer as an undercoat. 5 the roof to be painted with a paint chosen by me.
Prepwork needed to remove old Paint for walls,slab and balustrades,carports (steel to be painted with 2 coats dark brown color and the slab and walls with 2 coats white paint) Area to be painted is the Slab and under Landing,riser,thread 2 coats and some of the thread & risers needs patching total area 1m only
Do preparation on damp walls and plaster cracks prior to painting. A total of 22 flats (double storeys) external paint only, including 10 window frames per flat and +- 23 safety gates. Palisades of approximately x . meters needs to be painted as well. Yard walls +- meters x 1.2 meters high to be included. All paint and accessories being bought already so only will be labour price required.

I have a flat corrugated roof on my outbuilding, I have issues where water is dripping down the walls when we have excessive rainfall, recently hire a pro who use rubberized waterproofing and did not do a good job, so I am a lost for words and who and what to trust. Hi, I am looking for a quote to paint out my house and garage as well as the roof. The house has a brick bottom and the top section of the house needs painting. The roof is a zink roof on both the garage and house. The house is a pitched roof and the garage is a flat roof.
