We still haven't heard from them since our problem with our gate since Oct 26, 2023. Our second gate is now giving us problems, it actually fell off the track on Jan 11th and almost fell on top of my son. Our daughter called Mr Sejake on the day he promised to come but never showed up till today. We've been texting and calling them too the last week of Dec, they've been promising to come till today we haven't seen or heard from them. They then lied saying we banned them from coming to our property. We paid them R22 000 and we even gave them an incentive of R500 because we were so impressed with them initially 😭😭 they really treated us badly not considering our safety as pensioners. My husband is 80 and I am 74. We spent our pension money for our safety and this is what the Sejake Legacy Holdings did to us.

Sejake Legacy Holdings Enterprises Pty Ltd did not deliver any service whatsoever, to install two carports and two garage doors, since November 2023, despite the fact that I had to pay an immediate deposit. There were numerous postponement dates for the service however to date they did not install anything. I will also take legal action to get a refund of my deposit. The company has no communication with me at all. It seems that I am blocked and email.

These people will waste your time, lie to you constantly, promise to come install and don't pitch up. They insist on payment upfront and that's where the fun and games start. When they eventually came to install none of the doors and windows fit, huge gaps that plastering won't even rectify, they made their own designs contrary to what i paid for. The frames all have dents and scratches, one of the windows don't even fit the frame. Please stay away from this company, the owner doesn't care nor does his staff

Hello, we have a digidoor 3 motor that has blown in glenhills Durban North and we are looking for someone to replace the motor and chain. The door springs need to be tighted and the door needs to be serviced. The current setup is two rollup doors that are joined together by a bar that is hooked upto a digidoor motor.
