When do I need a building permit in South Africa?
In South Africa, building applications for the construction of property and land use are highly regulated.
General information site (redesign) for client (I'm a marketing consultant/designer so will be working as project manager). Planning, basic wireframe, content and basic design brief to be done by client (developer can advise best pratices). Solid corp ID already in place. Developer to advise on technical level i.e. user journeys and seo. Must be on a platform like wordpress where client has full ability to do own updating once the site is designed and launched. Excellent navigation needed. Responsive. Clean design (not cluttered). Blog intergration ability. Integration with google and social media (ito plugins)
I need an architect for building a church building. We are planning on buying a property and need the architect to assist with the feasibility report for the property. They will need to work hand in hand with other engineers etc that we have also appointed in order to assess this property before purchase. Once that has been resolved, we will then need the architect to assist with the design and submitting of the plans to council. We basically need someone to fully project manage this project as well.

I have an exiting plan that has expired. The updates/addition for the plan, is to add a bedroom and bathroom, which will extend out into the backyard and add a spiral staircase, that leads to the second floor. The house, has two levels and would essentially close off the top section from the bottom section, hence the additional staircase, but space is quite limited, do figured spiral staircase would work best.

Good Afternoon I have a client that wishes to create a website for car sales. It needs to only contain the name and contact details of the company as well as pictures of approximately 10 cars, with some details (i.e. make, model, colour, milage). The only main issue is that the 10 cars must have a main picture and place for a few smaller pictures of the cars. If you click on the smaller pictures of the cars, it should replace the main picture. Regards
