It is a double story home in Silverhurst that requires repainting. Woodwork: Front entrance door and wooden feature on second floor outside main bedroom needs repainting. Some rising damp evident in a few places outside around ground floor of house need attention and one spot on roof above ktichen is shoing through inside needs attention as well. Please could you send someone out to give us a quote as soon as possible before the rains set in.
Need a lock-up free standing carport to keep 3 x 16 seater game drive vehicles protected. Dimensions: 11.4m x 9.2m (including roof overhang of mm) Height 4m at lowest point, with slope for water run-off sides to be closed off with either chormadeck sheeting or marine timer slates. Bathroom walls need to be cleaned from mould/damp and then repainted. I have the colour codes for the paint at the hardware shop so matching colours is ok. The door frame to the bathroom also needs to be cleaned from mould/damp and repainted too. Bathroom size is cm x cm, and wall coverage that needs to be fixed is only cm high. I need a carport for my rubber duck but also as a workshop for me… hence the double port. Floor needs to be concrete and I would like the option of enclosing the weather side at some stage. Aluminium stems to be the best option. What do you recommend? I will have levelled the site before you start. Please can you give me an indication of price.
Carport is erected been up for many years. Unfortunately the gardener decided to try drive the car after it was parked for him to wash and he crashed the car into the carport on post causing damage to one post and the fibre cement facias. The house belongs to my mother and the insurance has asked her to get quotes to repair.

Need a carport of dimensions avg .7m length x 3.7m - please see also sketch. The carport needs to be from galvanized steel and painted / powercoated to charcoal grey or alternatively from aluminium also in charcoal grey. The carport has a garage to the left side to fix against, a boundary wall to the rear and a high wall to the right to fix ontop. Please also refer to sketch. I have also indicated posts as I might want to close with timber slats at some stage.
Painting of perimeter palisade, palisade gate, window security frames, security gates in front of doors and power box lids. Everything was measured, but note that palisade and security gates (everything with spokes) were measured as solid length, i.e the length and height of the fence, doors and window frames.
