A 40 sq mt flat cement fibre roof that needs remove and dispose. Needs new pitched roof timbers and roof covering. 3.) A 42 sq mt new section with good cement fibre roof, prefer retain. A flat section to remove entirely A flat garage rood retained. Work needed by end October

Renovate the outer room currently used for storage into a guest room / staff quarters. a)This renovation would require removing of existing tiles, leveling the floor, re-tiling (approximately 15sqares). b) Remove current shower base and toilet in small on suite bathroom, tile and finish with shower, window and sanitary ware c) Remove current steel window, replace with aluminium as per architect spec 2. Install piece of roof as shown on architect plans, adherence to spec is non negotiable 3. install a doorway with fire door into side of garage. We currently have a large bathroom adjacent to the main bedroom. We would like to split the bathroom in 2,creating an en suite to the main bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom. Bedroom flooring and cupboards would need to change. And eventually all flooring and cupboards in the other bedrooms as well. Very much looking into cretestone style bathrooms. Same style for both bathrooms. Walk in showers. A wall would need to be built in the bathroom to create 2 bathrooms and the adjacent wall needs to be opened up between the cupboards in the bedroom to create the en suite.
