I want to enclose an existing tiled area/stoep to be an open plan/lounge/kitchen, connected to an existing room to be changed into a bedroom with add on bathroom and laundry room and drywall seperation from rest of house. House plans approved many years ago at municipality by previous owners. A few changes and resubmittal required.

We require a quote for a sliding door - ideally 4-slatted - for a bathroom entrance/exit. Opaque glass, possibly with aluminium frame. Aperture width cm, aperture height cm (top of aperture is arched / curved). There are pillars within each side of the aperture, so the outer quarter of each side should be a solid panel, with the central two quarters sliding to each (opposite) side and closing in the middle. The size of the land is square meters. I want to build a double storey house, with a garage that can accommodate at least 2 cars, on the ground floor. The kitchen, lounge, main bathroom, a study room, and at least one bedroom to be located on the ground floor. All to have generous space. On the upper floor there will be a main bedroom with a bathroom and balcony, additional guest bedroom/s (space dependent), a sitting room with a balcony, and a toilet. The sitting room and and main bedroom must be paralleled, and their balconies connected and separated by a stainless steel barricade.
