We are looking to add a flatlet onto an existing property. 72sqm is estimated size. 1 or 2 bedroom (with dressing room), 1 full bathroom, kitchen open plan to lounge/dining area. Please include plumbing, electrical, sewerage connection to municipal line. Does the rate per sqm also include for fittings, eg. sanitary ware, lights, kitchen sink, gas stove, electric oven, butchers block, geyser, etc?
