What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
A typical 3 bedroom house with a double garage, study, kitchen with scullery and main bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite. A double story house with bedrooms and study upstairs. Ground floor to be open plan including dining room, tv area, and sitting room.
