Grossly overcharged. Not transparent upfront about charging. Not prepared to give a quote - just presented a ridiculous, exorbitant invoice. They said it was impossible to provide a quote. The first account came close to R3000. I had a small leak in the irrigation pipe. He had to dig a little and fix the leak. The next morning he was booked to come back and overslept. I had to find the owners number and call him and the owner said that the guy overslept. He arrived and then I had to pay more. He would not leave the house until I had paid. I told him it was expensive and he told me "don't worry insurance will pay" which they didn't. I then asked him about 10 times after that to send me the invoice.

Our roof is leaking, we need someone to inspect the interior of our roof and wall cavities, via the trapdoors and seal any problem areas. We also need someone to get onto the primary roof of our double story home to inspect the exterior of the corrugated roofing and gutters to seal any problem areas (not the whole roof just a specific area connecting with our kitchen). Long ladders will be required as the primary roof is quite high (see example attached). There is a small connecting kitchen roof where someone can get easier access to the rest of the roof. I do have specifics I can share to make the job go more efficiently. Just give me a reasonable quote for the inspection.
