Toilet pipes blocked when flushing and does not go out. It is not going into the septic tank. There is a blockage that needs to be detected.

I don't know where the leak is, but it seems as if there is leak because my water bill is high. Within a short space of time meter reading states that I am using a lot of water. Inside the house I don't see any leak even outside.
