We are school which has over learners. Our electricity bill during winter is over R25 . We have photocopying machines and printers that are running everyday at our admin block. owns a building in Lichtenburg with 3 bathrooms. Each bathroom has its own toilet and the male bathroom has a urinal as well. There is a nauseating smell coming from the male bathroom. The scope of work is of simple and straightforward nature: 1. Outside tap is leaking between the copper pipe and the sealing nut. 2. Kitchen tap is also leaking, see attached photos for a better view 3. Main bedroom toilet, when you flush it sometimes water runs non-stop sometimes the operation works perfectly.
