THE FRONT CORNER WHERE THE DRAINAGE PIPE IS THERE WATER DAMAGE THAT CAN BE SEEN ON THE PART OF THE ROOF IN THE HOUSE. IT HAS WATER PROOFED WHICH HELPS FOR ABIT AND THEN START LEAKING AGAIN. IT SEEMS TO BE DOING THE SAME THING AT THE BACK OF THE HOUSE AS WELL, WHICH SEEMS TO BE WORSE AS THE ONE WALL IN THE KITCHEN SHOWS WATER IS GETTING TINTO THE WALL

We need to extend an existing building of m to accommodate dancing studio, therefore we need to knock down walls and build new walls and then renovate roof (raise roof if possible) as we need a total of roughly sqm of building.. We need approx. sqm studio and then 2 smaller ones roughly sqm each and then an entrance and bathrooms which are already existing so maybe some remodelling of walls. We want very basic finishes (industrial) feel minalistic and simple with low cost maintenance going forward.

I want a quotation for clearing a area with trees etc for access and i want a foundation floor (cement) to be casted I am busy purchasing a stand in ivy beach near port edward ,after purchasing i need the site to be cleared of all vegetation and i need the ground to be made even ,then i require the area to be fenced off and a gate installed for access ,thereafter i require a foundation slab to be casted as my intention is to construct a container house ,thereafter i will need a quote for ,electrical/plumbing and flooring/tiling works -so it will have to be done in phases ,can your company do this scope required
The main house consists of 5 bedrooms, the master room with bathroom inside, the 4 bedrooms share one bathroom plus guest toilet. My plan to add more bathrooms for the 4 rooms a self-contained. The new modification: - Turn the garage to a self-contained 1 bedroom. - Add 1 self-contained room annexed to the garage. - Turn the living room to a single self contained room. - Turn the dinning room to a self-contained room. - Open a driveway and remove the existing pool to the front side of house. - Removed the BQ and build 4-6 apartments, ground and one floor up.
