We need advice on what needs to be done to obtain a COC. It is a farm / rural/ setting. We then need a COC to be issued when compliant as well, We were also advised to rather remove unnecessary items like pumps for water fountains, "pretty stoep lights" and self installed leads etc. The are three Eskom low amp boxes on the property that feeds each building
I have a wooden garage door and it has a motor but currently it is removed and we are lifting the door by hand and it is very heavy and dangerous.
