Fourteen living units in the complex, with more or less 3 rooms each. Five big windows per unit. Some safety grids and two small doors outside also need to be painted, 4-5 smaller windows (0.5 m per window) as well. We want to remove all the old paint as it has cracked severely. I would need a good roof painter to seal our large IBR roof as it requires sealing in some areas like joints and roof screws that has been sealed before not more than 3months ago I need a good roof painter to relook at this to assure all is in order in this regard to protect me as the owner going forward as the insurance company I have requires that maintenance has been done through me to pay a claim if I have leaks going forward etc. House roof area is Square meters covering my entire home. I am in Brandwoodpark in Kuilsrivier my house roof is leaking in its asbestos roof that is beyond repair so the roof needs to be replaced the roof is +-m2 I need quotes to replace the roof with ibr roof sheets the whole structure of the roof needs replacing even the facia boards I need the quote to make informed decisions about the finances needed to have it replaced.
Our roof has been leaking for the past 11 years. The insurance has fixed it, we have tried fixing it and it is still leaking. We will need to replace the roof completely. We will need some advice with regards to what material to use for the roof. We are planning on getting solar panels installed in future so the roofing material used need to be able to hold solar panels.

Our roof is leaking, we need someone to inspect the interior of our roof and wall cavities, via the trapdoors and seal any problem areas. We also need someone to get onto the primary roof of our double story home to inspect the exterior of the corrugated roofing and gutters to seal any problem areas (not the whole roof just a specific area connecting with our kitchen). Long ladders will be required as the primary roof is quite high (see example attached). There is a small connecting kitchen roof where someone can get easier access to the rest of the roof. I do have specifics I can share to make the job go more efficiently. Just give me a reasonable quote for the inspection.

The house was built a few years ago, the roof is currently a metal sheeting but I’d like to replace it now since there’s a lot of leaks or if possible patch up those leaks because I also want to put in a sealing board asap…I’d like to replace it with either tiles or the metal sheeting again, or just fix up the current metal sheeting depending on what’s cheaper
Approximately sqm to be painted. Top view is sqm but with the pitch 35 degrees and which makes the paintable area approximately sqm. Also need the gutters, facias and downpipes to be painted. The house is double volume. The roof needs to be cleaned, etched, and painted with 2 coats by means of airless spray.
