I need quotation for my building loan application.We already started with the foundation for the house and garage,its done.Was inspected by Municipality. I am looking to move into the house in March and need to renovate the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen will need a wall broken down to extend what is the current dining room. I need new finishes, cabinets, stove, painting, lighting. The bathroom - I need to renovate the shower - new tiling, shower head. Tne tiling needs to be replaced, and the built in bath to be replaced by a stand alone bath which i have, The basin will also need ot be replaced by a double basin with new cabinet.

We have a two bedroom flat we would like to to repaint. Please give us a quote on walls and kitchen cupboards separately to ceiling.
