I have been Retrenched on the 31st of July because the Company wasn't making enough money. Our Severance Package was supposed to be paid latest 22nd of August. They made a small payment of R17 on the 1st of September. Everytime I enquire about the payment. They say they waiting for Money to come in from contractors.
Greetings I believe my case is more of civil, summary: over a year now since I had a verbal agreement with a couple as I gave them my car and they were to pay monthly payments, and as time went they promised that they want to pay off the car, it’s a financed car. I met the couple via a middleman and initially they were paying via the middleman then I realised I was not getting the money I was supposed to receive, sometimes half sometimes nothing at all, I decided that I want my car back and went to were they stayed with the middleman, they refused with the car and at the time we had a meeting with the police ,only to find out that the middleman asked them for a 20k upfront before they could use the car, of which I didn’t even have a cent or knowledge of. So they wanted their 20k otherwise I couldn’t take my car back, I explained to them I had no knowledge of such but still they refused to give me the car. I left them and cut the middleman out as he was not trustworthy, and that’s when we had the verbal agreement to start afresh settle the matter amicably and we were planing to draft a contract..time went by and I received only 1 payment for over a year now,I’m always the one running after them, before we could draft the contract then the car got involved in an accident driven by the husband at the time, they told me it was nothing to worry about and that they were gonna fix the car and that they planning to pay everything off, that they awaiting some estate settlement claim so that they can pay, now I tried to call it’s always excuses and I’m currently the one paying the monthly instalments for the car but the car is with them…kindly assist ,thank you.
There is a girl that has accused me of sexual harassment. She demand money enough for a house, a house, a house in steyn city as settlement for her to forget , threaten legal action and also demanded an apology and admission(which i did under pressure but have learnt now what she did was illegal). Now I don't know what to do. I have attached my version of what really occured and her inconsistencies. Date has been set to confirm trail on 18th September . Already have maintenance order in place have requested increase after 2 years. My son is autistic and requires special needs support. Father has previously tried postponing the previous trail by changing address, jobs and not showing up with requested documents.
First Help towing company towed by car after an accident. Initially the driver falsely represented himself saying he was sent by the insurance company associated with Pace Car Rental who I was renting a vehicle from. I then got confirmation from Pace that this was not true, I told the driver not to take the vehicle and repeated this 2-3 times. I had filled in his form, he had not completed it. He said he would not take the vehicle, I then turned to talk to a security guard at the scene and the tow truck drove off. I called Pace car and explained this situation, they said I would not be charged (Lauren the claims agent at Pace says all call are recorded, I am waiting on this). Today I received and invoice from Pace on behalf of First Help, I don’t feel I am liable for this as 1. The driver lied about the association with Pace 2. Then took the car after been repeatedly told not to tow the car. I would like some help in resolving this issue and would like some legal guidance.
I have a wife/spouse whom I married in terms of customary law and now I want to marry my second in customary marriage too. I married the first one out of community and want to do the same on the second one too. My intention is to have both marriage registered with Home Affairs in order to draft the will for my children. Good morning Sir/Madam. I have 4 matters. 1. Banks Ombudsman doesn't want to release my money. On the year I was scammed R in my TymeBank account. SAPS completed their investigation in December, they issued a letter that says I was not involved in stilling my money and they have identified the culprit. He is already in jail serving. But the Ombudsman says it is not evidence enough I should still prove myself I didn't still my money. 2.On the year hired a company to develop a software and a website for me.The company deployed a software that is not functioning,I opened a case at Lyttleton SAPS. The IO never worked on my case it was closed. I escalated to SAPS National and Province Offices.The province office appointed a Colonel to over see my case and reopened the case. But the Colonel didn't work still enough, because the only thing she did is appoint a new IO to work on my case and a Colonel in Lyttleton SAPS to over see my case. The new IO worked on my case and it was sent for decision making at Reginal Court.l was surprised that the previous IO is still interfering in my case. Both Colonels never said anything when I reported to them that I have found out that the previous IO is still interfering in my case. The regional Court said I don't have a case against the company. I therefore escalated to DPP July they acknowledged. DPP only responded July to ask for details that is after I have sent too many follow up emails. I resent DPP my complain and statement. When I went to Lyttleton SAPS, ✓I found out that DPP never requested my docket from Lyttleton SAPS for full year I submitted my complain to them. ✓The new IO resigned from SAPS long ago. ✓The Colonel was overseeing my case in Lyttleton SAPS went on pension. ✓The Colonel was appointed by SAPS Provincial Office to overseeing my case,was promoted now a Brigade and she has moved to Potchepstroom.She said she can't work on my case anymore. My concern is that, ✓there was never a notification of all the changes. ✓no hand over my case is abandoned. ✓all this people their lives has progressed and mine is standstill. 3. December I was arrested by to Investigation Officers in Soshanguve, while we ware going to the police station they said I can give them R they will release me, I gave them R I was released. While we were talking I recorded our conversation. I reported the matter to Anti corruption unit and they are busy with it. What leaded to my arrest was that I throw out my then tenant's staff out of my rental room after he wasn't paying on time and disrespected me. I have tried to reported the tenant to the police and court for 3 days with no action but he reported me only ones they arrested me.
