We have just gotten two small puppies. We have tried to maintain the garden, cutting the lawn ourselves. The weeds have gotten out of hand wit regards to the lawn as well as the beddings. We would like the lawn mowed, egdes trimmed, weeds in grass removed, beddings cleared of ALL plants and weeds, two or three big shrubs removed, two large cactus plants removed, delicious monster plant/s removed. properties that we require cleaning, are AirBnb premises, on an ad-hoc / as required basis... but also on De Gama Road, there will be approx 33 bedrooms to eventually require similar services being completed, perhaps with SOME permanent staff on site to manage the day-to-day cleans, in a planned new hotel complex. This will mean that ad-hoc attendance will be to carry out a to change / wash / iron bedding will also be required... as will vacuuming and cleaning each room ready for the next attendee. We have several properties that we require this service from, in and around JayBay. Individuals and company's can apply, but some equipment and Accidental Damage Insurance will DEFINITELY be required.
I need to have carpets in 2 rooms(wall-to-wall) cleaned, mattress cleaning of one room, removing of mold in bathroom(wall and ceiling), in bedroom and kitchen the ceiling, cleaning of walls, cleaning and polishing of floors(kitchen and bathroom tiles, dinning area, 1 room and entrance hall wooden floors), washing of walls, cleaning windows, and cleaning frontstoep, cleaning fridge and stove, and cleaning of cupboards in and out, and polishing of furniture.
