We will be hosting a Havana night relaunch and social networking event at Pont de Val and would like to capture every moment of it. Despite the event being from 15:00 to 22:00, we would love some behind-the-scenes shots as well, so a photographer will be needed from 14:00. Additionally, we will have a photo booth, and a talent showcase and people will speak at the event. Furthermore, we will have an auction/exhibition, and we would like to have pictures of that as well. To ensure that the entire event is covered, it would be ideal to have two photographers and one videographer.
