Freestanding vs. Attached Carports: How to choose the right one for you
Let's look at the pros and cons of freestanding and attached
Two carports. The first one is about 7.4m W x 6mL. One side (6mL) will be fixed against a wall and the other side on poles. No middle pole on the 7.4 m width side. That side is the entry side for the vehicles. Second one. 6mL x3m W. 6m side fixed against a wall. no poles on the other side. Lots of wind and close to the sea. Must be rust-resistant.
i would like to add 2 more bedrooms, enlarge the existing 2 bedrooms to make them spacious, and make room for fitted closets / in built or fitted cabinets and ensuite batheroom, enlarge the dining or remove dividing wall between dining n existing kitchen to allow room for open plan, extend kitchen a bit to allow for the island. something like that....

Hi I just bought this house and would like to make some adjustments to fit my liking. To protect cars from falling pine tree leaves and other leaves that get blown down 3m wide gap from the house wall to the side wall. Add a double garage, rear stoep roof extension and external wall for an entertainment area, front stoep to be converted to the walk-in closet and maybe the on-suite bathroom.
