Hello, I am looking for a quote for a deep clean service for a house to be moved into. I want everything cleaned, ceilings, windows, cupboards, trim, every surface. Fourteen living units in the complex, with more or less 3 rooms each. Five big windows per unit. Some safety grids and two small doors outside also need to be painted, 4-5 smaller windows (0.5 m per window) as well. We want to remove all the old paint as it has cracked severely. Some windows have cracks in as well that need to be filled in the process.
10 roomed house to be painted on the outside. I would need a good roof painter to seal our large IBR roof as it requires sealing in some areas like joints and roof screws that has been sealed before not more than 3months ago I need a good roof painter to relook at this to assure all is in order in this regard to protect me as the owner going forward as the insurance company I have requires that maintenance has been done through me to pay a claim if I have leaks going forward etc. House roof area is Square meters covering my entire home. Service should provide cleaning equipment and consumables. Apartment is 3 bedroom (1 bedroom used as office), 2 bathroom unit of sqm. The bedrooms have vinyl flooring that should be cleaned appropriately. The rest of the apartment has tiled floors. One loose rug in living area. There is an outside patio (included in sqm) to be cleaned as well. There are no pets. No need to do any dishes or laundry.
I would like them to pay special attention to the kitchen - the oven especially and the kitchen cupboards. The lounge tiles and the laminated flooring in the 2 bedrooms need to be cleaned, I would also like the brassware to be cleaned. I also need the windows cleaned on the outside and the inside. I also have special cleaner that can be used for the stove top.
We live in an older house. Our washing machine is working quite well, but we need someone to come out and check because our washing sometimes comes out with yellow-ish or orange stains. This also happens in the sink as well and because it is several spots in the house - I think it could be a problem with our pipes. They could be rusted.

We are looking to clean a 1 x 1 bedroom apartment and 1 x 3 bedroom apartment used as airbnb on an adhoc basis.
